**General terms and conditions of sale
1. Arrival policyThe room is available from 17:00, except in the case of early check-in.
2. Check-out policyThe room must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest, except in the case of late check-out (additional charges may apply).
3. Rates and payment
3.1 Payment for the stay must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated at the time of booking, such as the total amount, any service charges and the applicable cancellation conditions. Cancellation and modification conditions vary according to the type of booking and price selected.
A/ STANDARD RATEAll bookings must be guaranteed by a credit card valid at the start of the stay.- A deposit of 30% of the total amount will be taken at the time of booking.- The balance, 70% of the total amount, will be taken 14 days before your arrival.- A deposit of €500 will be held on your credit card on the day of your arrival.
ChangesIf you wish to change the number of people or the dates of your stay, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

CancellationNo cancellation charges apply before 6pm (local time), up to 14 days before arrival. After this date, the full amount of the reservation will be due.Any cancellation made before this date will result in a refund of the payment made at the time of booking.
B/ NON-CANCELLABLE RATESAll bookings must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the date of the start of the holiday.100% of the amount will be taken at the time of booking.
A deposit of €500 will be held on your credit card on the day of your arrival.
ChangesNo changes are possible for this price
CancellationAny cancellation on your part will result in cancellation charges being payable in full by the traveller, with no possibility of reimbursement. Cancellation fees correspond to the total amount of the reservation.
3.2 Additional charges, such as local taxes, service charges or security deposits, may apply. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
4. Booking4.1 By making a reservation on our website, you accept these general terms and conditions of sale.4.2 To make a reservation, please provide accurate and complete information, such as your personal details, the dates you wish to stay, the number of occupants, etc.4.3 Your booking will only be confirmed once you have received confirmation from us, together with payment details. Responsibilities of travellers5.1 Travellers are required to respect the rules and policies of the establishment during their stay. In particular, the accommodation is NON-SMOKING, pets are not permitted and, to ensure the peace and quiet of all, evening parties are not tolerated.5.2 Travellers are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the traveller. If a flat is returned with the following damage (unmanaged rubbish bins, dishes not done, damage to the walls requiring washing), a charge of 50 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.5.3 Travellers are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The establishment declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage.
